The cantral location of our Sonnenterrasse facility right in the heart of Austria makes it an ideal starting point for hiking trips. In our sunny places, you can expect natural landscapes, traditional villages and rustic mountain pastures.
The Hochleitenalm is 1.153 m above sea level. The view streches from St. Johann to Goldegg and to the “Hohen Tauern”. They serving homemade products from their own agriculture and for the children there is a playground with petting animals.

The Hackeralm is 1.190 m above sea level. Over there you have a wonderful view to the “Hohen Tauern”. They serve culinary delicacies from Wagyu beef and homemade “Pofesen”. For the kids they have a big playground.

The Meislsteinalm is 1.270 m above sea level. One particular highlight that is worth mentioning is the brunch on the panoramic terrace. The brunch is always from Thursday to Sunday – reservations necessary.
Furthermore, they serve desserts like Buchteln with vanilla sauce and homemade bread.

The Althausalm is 1.200 m above sea level between green meadows and mellow fields. The Althausalm is particularly recommended for theire alpine picnic, homemade bread and cakes. For the kids they have a big playground.

The Stötzlbergalm is 1.250 m above sea level. On the beautiful terrace you have a wonderful view to the Salzburger mountains. For the kids they have a small playground.

The Pronebenalm is 1.300 m above sea level. The hut is particularly recommended for the homemade cakes, homemade drinks and the homemade herbflavoured salt. The Highlight for the kids are the goats, rabbits, cats, cows and donkeys.
