By straining almost all muscle regions, you train your neck and back, arms and legs together. You also free your head from everyday stress. From our 47 km a circular trail with 1 km is illuminated and 30 km are specially sprinted for skating. Our central location also offers you the opportunity to get to know cross-country trails of the entire Ski amadé region from St. Johann / Alpendorf to Altenmarkt-Zauchensee in the Salzburger Sportwelt. What awaits you on the sun terrace during cross-country skiing in Pongau? Here are our eleven trail highlights:

Felt trail
This practice track is very flat and completely illuminated. On these 2.5 km not only beginners feel particularly comfortable, professionals can warm up here for further cross-country skiing in the Pongau.
Larch forest trail
From Filz it goes to the turning point Lärchenwald and back again on a total of 3.5 km. This light to medium-heavy track also features a 5 km long skating track, about 2.5 km of which is illuminated.
Sonnhof trail
Increase the cross-country skiing intensity constantly from very light to moderate. These 1.5 km lead from the kindergarten St. Veit via the Mühlbergbauern and the Donauer Wiese to the Hotel Sonnhof.
Perill-Reitlloipe
Can it be a little more demanding? From the kindergarten you make your way below the village of Pichl to the Feldmoarbauern and back to the starting point.
Golf course Trail
Golf is not a winter sport, but in the cold season the 2.2 km long Franz Schellhorn trail runs around the GC facility. Especially beginners feel comfortable on the almost flat track.
Olympia trail
If cross-country skiing in Pongau can’t be challenging enough for you, then you should tackle this golf course alternative. The Olympic circuit takes a permanent detour through difficult terrain. Only in excellent snow conditions.
Goldegger See trail
Circumnavigate the quiet, rigid lake on this 1.4 km long track. This simple course brings you into harmony with nature and delights with beautiful views.
Buchberg trail
Have you already become familiar with all entry-level trails? Prima, then we go on a small tour through the municipality of Goldegg. 6.4 varied kilometers inspire with medium difficulty.
Voithof – March – Bondlsee trail
Cross-country skiing in Pongau for real professionals: 13.8 km, 270 metres of altitude and tricky descents lead through the heart of the Salzburg sun terrace. This course is only for experienced cross-country skiers.
Urlsberg trail
The romantic trail presents experienced cross-country skiers with challenges. With a length of 6.5 km and 97 metres of altitude difference, many an incline will bring you back. The magnificent Hochkönig panorama compensates for all efforts.
Aubauern cross-country ski trail
Start Fire Station Goldeggweng – The Oberau trail runs in a loop and is suitable for beginners as a practice trail. Connection March – Aubauern cross-country ski trail: 1.8 km, 65 m ascent
